As an Engineer, I developed an understanding of numbers and its correlations, which is a crucial skill in developing KPIs, reports and processes effectiveness evaluations. Construction of budgets for investments and operational costs have always been part of my carrer, as well its follow-up.

With the goal of planning and delivery a strong infrastructure remodeling, led a team of architects, engineers and admin staff, performed around US$ 25 million of construction services per year, managing third part contractors and designers. Accomplished important remodeling jobs like surgical center (“in-flight”), new intensive care unit, hemodialysis center, endoscopy and colonoscopy centers, new inpatient areas and several image diagnostics equipment – MRIs, CT-Scans, PET-Scans among others. Contracting of a Master Plan in an international bid process and commercial negotiation of relevant values – US$ 2 million – with contractors and third part partners.
